water changes and gravel sifting

the instructions that came with my tank said do to a weekly 10% water change and monthyly 25%. but i wanted to know what you guys recomend, also how often for gravel sifting. thanks.

I would do 25% - 30% every week and each time do some gravel vac. Obviously this depends on your stock level, but if it is anywhere near the full stock level, you should follow this...

i agree - i do 30% h2o changes with a siphon every week.
