Hello
My next door neighbour has started a tank, and him and his dad every water change ,seem to add lots of chemicals(well3.
1.De-chlorinator(obviously)
2.Nutrafin cycle(stabilzes bacteria :/ :( )
3.Plant grow
Is this too much for the fish?i mean all i add is dechlorinator every week and add the plant grow every month! Please would you help me out!

Dechlorinator everytime.
Plant grow once a week.
Liquisil general tonic once every 2 weeks (the tank has aged a bit now so that'll be changing to once a month now)

Only water conditioner now. Although the Aquarium is an artificial environment and requires a 'helping hand' I dont add Stress zyme etc anymore. I melafix when they're stressed but thats it.

I add Dechlorinator always and plant fertilizer every second water change. I only add stress or cycle products as required, when adding fish, really disrupting the tank or when cyling a tank. HTH
