just done a 30%water change and now one of my sword tails is just floaten on the bottom.....
can he be stund or resting???????

Was the water you used for the water change of the same ph temperature etc if it was tap water was it treated to remove chlorine it sounds like the fish is in trouble how are the rest of your fish? :-(
 
Was he fine before the water change? It he staying upright or on his side? How is his colouration, does he look faded? Did the temperature drop more than a couple degrees? Perhaps that shocked him a bit. If so, he should recover. How are the other fish doing? The worst case is that there is something in the replacement water that is affecting him, but if other fish are looking OK that's probably not it. I'd test your water if possible just to be on the safe side. Could be a change in pH that did it.
