Well the movie watchmen comes out in a month and two days...I cant wait lol...has anyone else read this graphic novel? pleas say yes...

I haven't but my better half has and says it's fantastic.
The guy who wrote the book lives in our town but doesn't want anything to do with the film. Must be mad!
I've seen the trailer for it and am looking forward to watching it.

I read the graphic novel a couple years ago. It was sweet.

just got back from the midnight premier lol...i started it in IMAX, then it broke, so watched the rest in regular format, but i got a free imax ticket lol...

Anyways, go see it, its epic!!!

I read it a couple years after it came out when I was in high school. Look that up and you'll realize how old I am. ... I re-read it in college and just finished reading it again -- 15 years later. Funny what I remember about it from my earlier reads. It's a great read; highly recommend it. Matter of fact, I think I'll pick up comic book and graphic novels again. I forgot how much I liked them. As for the movie, I'll wait for the hype to die down around me, so I can see it in a quiet theater. I think I want to savor the movie experience; just it and me.

Yea i think if you read the book, the movie is so much better...alot of my friends who saw it without reading it were hoping for more action, where the story is more about the story than action...oh well, still loved it
