i gave one of my female bettas a meth blue bath for 30 mins, she had some quite bad fin rot

when i took her out the area where the fin rot was is now completely blue....

does that mean its working?

shes okay in her self and everything though

Methylene blue does stain things.
I wouldn't worry to much.


You might need an internal bacteria med. Methylene blue will clean up the external bacteria.

i did have interpets version but ive misplaced it...

the rot is now pretty advanced [she came to me like that ] =[

If the rot is advanced the bacteria wants killing fast.
I would get treating straight away.
