So i had asked a few others about this problem i was having with my water.
keep in mind that my tank is mostly empty except for gravel and a castle :)

When i would fill it with water, the water would start fairly clear, and go sort fo cloudy.
I dont know what it was but everyone said it would clear up.... and it didnt, ever. Left for weeks, the water wouldnt clear, it remained sort of foggy, and you could see this "fog" moving in the water.

So i drained my tank, fixed a few things here and there, that i wanted to adjust, and filled it again.
Only this time when i filled it i decided to try something different.

I had a carbon filter cartridge from a smaller eheim filter (i dont know why i bought this, as i didnt need it, but i did anyway.) Just a cylindrical cartridge of carbon/foam... I stuffed this into my python and started filling it up.... this way any water that came from my tap had tyo be filtered through the carbon first.

my water is now crystal clear like i have never seen before. except for some stuff floating on the top.

So what could the problem have been, since the carbon seems to have cleared it up.

Great Isnt it :)

But i dont see this in regular water... we fill a pitcher of water, and it is clear.... this cloud of mine didnt really make sense.... but i will see if it happens again or not.
