Was It Too Soon To Release My Fry

I have one Balloon Molly fry who is about 3 to 4 weeks old. He looked big enough to release with the rest of the community so I let him loose. It looked like it was doing ok, he was goiong around the plants and exploring and not getting to close our bigger fish. I went to go look for it I can't find the fry. I have 2 Kissing Gouramis and a Blue Gourami those are my biggest fish. Is it possible that they had him for a snack?

very possible, try feeding the fish adn see if he comes out.

I went to go check on him and he was hiding in a plant. I fed them some brine shrimp and he got a few bites. B)
Should I put him back?

IMHO I would.. LOL.. If youw ant to keep him.. lol..

Fish are notorious hiders. Do some decoration rearrangement and see if he pops up.
