Wanting To Set Up My First Cichlid Tank

Hi all. I won this tank on ebay last night and i was hoping to keep cichlids but as there seems to be alot of diffrtrnt types im abit lost on where to begin. The tank is show in the link below and is 180l

with 180L i dont think you can go for anything big. have you considered malawi's? I have a load of ocean rock if you do
