Well when u say "few" then probaly no. You may be able to get 2 german blue rams in your 65 ltr (17.16 US Gallons) But german rams need 20 gallons and maybe in a 17 gallon they may be fine. But honestly i would advise you not to get a chiclid unless you get a bigger tank.

Your tank is big enough for shell dwellers OR a pair of Apistogrammas but I doubt they are what you have in mind?
