I had to go out to get some animal food today so I popped into Walsoken aquatics and got some bits and pieces. My tank is now up and running . I bought some plants form there to give it a bit of interest too. He had some gorgeous cichlids for my next tank and although he was very busy and the place was packed, he gave me some advice and recommendations as to what fish I could have as a shoal. I spotted a lovely freshwater puffer in there too which I hope to buy when I eventually stock the tank.
I looked at another fish place literally a mile up the road and it was empty. I was only going to look at some plants from there though as their tanks always contain too many dead fish for my liking and the people don't seem too knowledgeable. Oddly enough the place was empty. Walsoken was crammed with customers. It seems like reputation is everything and people know where to go. Anyway, I can highly recommend Walsoken aquatics near Wisbech.
