Yeah I live in maine too. My walmart is the supercenter in brewer. They are horrible to their fish! Where in maine are you?

Yeah, I live in Bangor and actually work at the Brewer supercenter. Just go to the TLE department and find the goofy looking grease monkey who wears a Red Sox hat 24/7!!!!

Walmart's fish people (for the most part) know absolutly nothing about what they sell, I'm surprised they aren't picketed and fined by various animal rights groups. Guess pet fish aren't considered worthy anyway. So if I want a fish I go to a pet store.

And that'S why Wal Mart doesn't sell cats, dgos and birds. They would actually have to clean out the enclosures everyday and make sure the animals are clean and well fed. Animal rights group care next to nothing about fish!

I would have to disagree, as my ownership of fish led to my "removal" from a major AR group.

its gross how if you look in there tanks there are fish swimming upside down. When i went there there Angelfishes gills were bleeding and they had neon tetras with mold on them.
I'll say there was at least 2 dead fish in each tank.
I just can't believe that thier aloud to have fish i bet they dont even feed their fish.
