Before everyone goes telling me not to get one i just want to know would 4 neon tetras be ok in ths aquarium it is 30 l and its parameters are 120x45x11

The short answer is no.

THe longer answer is that neons need to be in a shoal of at least 6, and then need a bigger aquarium than 30l.

If you have a look further down the forum, there is a section called "Nano Planted Tanks". THere is a pinned topic at the top of that section which lists species which would be suitable for a 30l.

These are actually quite limiting aquariums due to the 11cm dimension. The challenge is that the frontal dimension makes it look like it should have lots of fish in it, despite not actually being all that much water. A bit like living in a corridor instead of a house.

My main view on them is that they need tiny fish for movement to get any sensible visual effect without compromising the stocking.

Just wondering, by why is it only 30L if the dimensions given suggest its a 59.4 litre?

External dimensions?

Possibly but that's some thick glass reducing to half the volume

I think a tank like this full of cherry shrimp would be great.  They are quite active when there are no predators and once they multiply to a nice colony it will be like a red carpet at feeding time...just an idea in case you haven't thought about it.

Ahhh, but once you've added the frame, and the hanging kit, the actual tank is nowhere near the external dimensions.

You're still thinking of normal tanks, this one integrates is cabinet.

Cherries would work though.

Yeah, I guess so. I just needed to make sure. Aren't there any fish that would do well in low level of water, like fish from shallow streams or such? The lenght and width of the tank otherwise is ok for many.

I wonder if a betta and red cherry shrimp would work in this tank?  I've never kept either, so I don't really know.

Love the idea of having a wall aquarium just solely for Red Cherry Shrimps. Or any other shrimps for that matter.

Fab idea................
