So here is my latest attempt at making something look half good!

I have got a few Fry swimming about so please ignore the bag hanging at the side!

I have tried to create a central island and rise it from both ends. I wanted to create a real topical looking island in the centre so that the fry could hide in all of the plants.

I have alos now got two lights along the top with an added Bright Blue LED strip, this makes the whole tank a lot brighter! This is then mixed with my White Sand and Ocean Rocks.

Very impressive Rob 10/10.
I do like your aquascape :good:

Keith.

I struggled with the sand a lot at first after being told i had to mix it up every week, but now i keep it a lot longer which allows things to grow nicely. I find it hard to plant things in the substrate though as the sand isnt heavy enough for them.

Also I use a magnet to clean the front but I cant do that on the back as it is against the wall! This means having to take all the top off every time i clean.

Lastly I cant get common fry nets in as they are too wide for the tank, So i am using plastic bags.

Didnt think about any of these things when I bought it, having said that I couldnt recommend these things highly enough. I clean everything weekly and all seems fine :)

Oh ok yes I thought it might have been a little bit of a struggle. However by the look of the tank it's very worth it!
