Walking Gourami ???

My Gold has recently started dragging his tail along the gravel and generally swims around almost strait up. Is this normal? He has only started in the last few weeks and I have had him for over a year now.

Any thoughts would be great.

I don't think that it is normal. Maybe he itches is why he rubs on the ground? Does he eat and everything?

He seems to be fine, exept for swimming around all day and night almost upright.

Not good... If he's not itching, maybe he has a swimbladder problem. I'd suggest feeding him some peas and perhaps raising the water temperature a bit. Good luck, I hope he recovers!
