Wal-mart Bettas

Ok has anyone ever saved Betta's from Wal-mart or any other fish?
I feel so bad for the fish there.
Last time, i went to wal-mart, there was a betta with mouth fungus! I'm not joking but wal-mart didn't do anything!
I feel so bad for that betta

Quite alot of people on here have saved bettas from places like that, even me

I saved one from petsmart once, after he had been there for a month. My walmart use to be really bad. I would see dead bettas, or ones with barely an inch of water, and once two males in the same cup . Lately they have been really good. They have only been getting 10 bettas at a time instead of the normal 20+. Also they only keep 4 of them in the cups the rest go in the tanks. Who ever is doing it knows what they are doing, cuz most of the bettas are all by them selves in the tanks, or they are in with corys or plecos. So better than petsmart or the lps, either way I don't buy any of my fish locally anymore.

Exactly. I can't count how many threads have been brought up about this. If it is so bad, then don't go and look at the fish anymore. That's what I've finally started doing.
