Hey, just got my Visitherm 75w... (this is the fist time i've had a tropical tank, so it's all quite exciting)

However... on the instructions it says...

4. The heater must be immersed to at least the "minimum" indication on the back of the heater itself. [~~~]

7. The heater can be immersed up to a maximum of 120cm in the water, which is indicated by the symbol... [##]


Here's what the heater's like... (not to scale... as the doc says )

How can the maximum mark be below the minimum mark? Do I just have wacky instructions... or am I not seeing something blindingly obvious

Wait... haha, i think i just understood... It can't go DEEPER than 120cm in the water?

Yep that confused me too, I had to read it 3 times and think about it for a bit!

Lol! I had exactly the same problem with a new heater... I just put it all under water and hoped for the best
