Ok, after raising Petsmart, walmart, and Petco guppies, I've decided to go furthur and get rarer guppies with bettter coloring and finnage. And even start selective breeding.

So, the females have babies, at WHAT age should I move the little girls so they don't get inbred by their siblings, dads, and other adult males? I've heard female fry at age of 2 weeks and up can become pregnant (Store sperm) is this true?

And lastly, can male Ribbon guppies have breed, (since thier breeding thing gets kinda long. Because Male lyretail swords can't)

Thanks.

No you can t breed from ribbon's, for the same reason as lyretail swords.

Female guppies will not breed or store sperm until they mature at around 3 months old.

Ok, Thanks for the info. But thats a bummer that issue applies to the Ribbons too. Ribbons look so nice...
