She could have a swim bladder disorder or she could just be stressed out for some reason.what are your ammonia and nitrite levels?

It dosn't look like swim bladder to me.
Havent you get flukes in a tank as that can make them swim oddly.

she died , i treated the tank 4 ten days days and did water changes,,, few days later the platty resumed flicking so im giving up and not getting any more fish til im free from what any one says flick free tank 6 mths

when i do im gonna b happy to get more

Flukes are quite hard to get rid of.
