Very Thin Clown Loach Up Top

had fish now for 2 years 9 clown loaches,4 green tiger barbs,3 blue platys. noticed 2 clowns are very thin on top skinny, i only feed once a day dried food change/clean tank once a month use nutrafin cycle.what causes this to happen to the clown loach and what could i do?

they are suffering from malnutrition and probably starvation. Loaches do best on meat or frozen foods including prawn, fish, worms and insect larvae. They will eat dry food but it doesn't fill them up as well.
If you have 9 clown loaches you will need to put a lot of food in to make them all full. You will also have to do more water changes and gravel cleans to compensate for the extra food going in.
They could also have intestinal worms and that is contributing to their wasting away.

^I second what Colin said. Your fish are starving to death. Get them some live or frozen foods before it's too late.
