Very Simple Question

Hi!

I have four pregnant platies and I've decided to separate them from my males. I put the females in another tank, is it ok if they're all together? Won't they eat each others fry?

yes im sure they will eat eachothers fry if not there own might be ok if the tanks is well planetd and you feed them loads

Every adult Platy will eat fry, whether or not they are hers or another fish's fry.

Oh... I see.... uhm... How can I save the fry from being eaten? Should I still get a net or something? Or I should just let it be?

get loads of plants and hiding places, floating plants work well to provider surface cover then with plants in the lower/mid level some are bound to survive

I got fry this morning!! My count is 5, but I hope to see more.. So far, none of the platies are chasing them..
