Thanks guys

This could be multiple things in my experience. Either it is...

1. She is pregnant and some newer mother livebearers will seem stressed and confused as they become ready to give birth or

2. She could be suffering from ammonia poisoning.

Please get your water tested at your local fish store ASAP as they do this for free, or buy a kit yourself, preferably a liquid one, and test your water for ammonia, Nitrite, and Nitrate. After this we can help so much more. Good Luck :)

Need to look at your water stats first in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
First thing to rule out is water quality.

water quality fine went to garden centre got everything tested and everything is normal, think its an internal bacterial infection :-( lost another one today only four and a baby left :-(

Do the gills look pale with excess mucas on them, or red and inflamed.
Has any fish gone skinny.
What does it look like when the fish go to the toilet.
Check he anus of the fish to see if its enlarged or red and inflamed.
