Very Quick Question

Just a quickie...


Other than the stress of removing my Cory's favourite hiding places - will it do any harm to remove the fake plants and give them a quick rinse to remove any old food etc. (as I can see it) - and it starting to go blue at the tips of the plant!

Also, at the back of my tank where the top of the gravel is, all along my tank, there is like a blue thing (almost like blue algae) all along the glass where the top of the gravel is - what's this??

if your worried about taking away there hiding place remove the ornaments/plants one at a time and clean them. The blue green stuff should come off with a credit card scraping, just make sure the card is clean. I'm not sure what it is but it oughta come off

I've only got one - focus point plant in the tank and that's what I want to get out and clean. I'll do it now - thanks.

While i'm there i'll scrape the blue stuff and let you know - cheers.
