Very Ill Swordtail

Hi all

I have a female koi swordtail that has stopped eating and seems to sit in the bottom of the tank a lot of the time.
She has lost a lot of weight as well, I originally thought she was being bullied by another swordtail female after I saw one have a go at her.
Now for the bad bit it looks like her spine is curved.
I had a female guppy die last night and it looked like her spine was bent to.
To me it sounds like TB what do you think?
The sword has been quarantined but she really doesnt look good.
