Those are quite common in my area...They will get just as big as regular oscars...Im not to sure how they added the weil tail to them ...but it looks aight...theres even albino veil oscars around here....nice pics

WOW! Thats lovely! I saw one like that but albino with the crazy purlpish red eyes. You can deffinatly tell it's a baby becuase of its big eyes.

they are just like a reg oscar as far as size...i've heard some people say they are more delicate however...

I would imagine by selective breeding, i.e. breed two oscars that by fluke have slighly longer tails, breed those of the offspring with the lognest tails, etc down the generations till you get one long enough to be termed a veil tail....this is just an idea though, fell free to correct me anyone who actually knows about this stuff!

I've seen a few pictures on the net of these guys as adults, but never one of a baby... how sweet!
I wish we got veil tail oscars in my area...
