Vegtables ?

Hello all
i would like to give my fish some veg i have read its good for them
what veg can i give any advice please
i have given them deshelled bland peas just wondered what else they can have also how to prepare it

Apart from chopped up cooked pea's, chopped up blanched spinache or chopped up heart of cucumber or just algae wafers also make good foods for goldfish .
