Vampire Crab, Geosesarma Sp

Has anyone had any experience with the Vampire crab?

I am thinking of buying one for my community tank but I am not sure about them... I have read mixed reviews with some saying they are nippy and others saying they are peaceful.

Yeh I read that quite annoying really - they are really nice.

Also doesn't do any good when places advertise them as fully aquatic creatures!

and also + 1 on the fact that the vampire crabs need a land portion, as far as selling them with that warning they dont say the same about the red clawed crabs at my lfs either (or mostly anyone's so ive heard..).
