Vallisneria Dying Off

Hello everyone.
I started a new guppy tank last week
so far it has no fish in it, only some plants such as anubia and vallisneria.
it is a 70L aquarium with something like 30W of lights.


the anubias grow well so far, but the vallis are dying off...
please help?

Make sure you didn't bury the vals too deep.

What T rating are the lights?
Nutrient rich substrate?
Fertilisers?

It might just be the case that it is reproducing new leaves adn you will just have to wait, but this cannot be the answer unless we know the above information.

this is happening to one clump of mine. I don't know why the other two clumps are doing well one is sending new shots up and the other one is nice and green. But one seems to be loseing leaves every other day. I have a low light set up and im adding easy carb and profito
