how would you make this grow fast
im not a plant person but if it make my fish look better it will be worth it

Hard water, lots of light (2+ WPG) co2 and proper nutrients and it will grow fast.

Vallis is not really a demmanding plant to be honest it does not need the best lighting in the world to grow well. i have had it growing excellent in 1.5WPG and below although there is a little trick to it!

When you plant vallis plant it as you normally would but then give it a little tug so that you are exposing some of the roots above the substrate level. When you do this it goes grazy and send of runners all over.

Also, good water flow. It grows like a weed in my tank. I have 1wpg, NO co2, and good substrate ferts. They demand ferts from the roots and warter coloum. But i have found circulation is more important.
