A friend of mine was going to give me her tank today along with her fish, as she had decided that she didn't want them any more, but she managed to break it instead
- with the fish still in it
I only have a v small 25 litre tank, but have had to accomodate several tetras (neons & glowlights), 2 dannios, a guppy, a platy, an angel fish, a few that i can't identify & 2 plecs - 1 of which is about 8 inches long!
(i think that's it but i may have missed a few out!) my tank is severely overcrowded &unfortunately several of the fish have died already
I don't know what to do with the larger plec - it can't stay in that little tank it can hardly turn round & i don't know anyone who will take it, I think there may be a few too many fish in there anyway, as I already had 3 glowlights, 6 silvertips & 2 guppys on top of all those that have moved in today and also I don't think she was taking very good care of the fish before,
they don't look too healthy, and not just in a 'we've had our tank smashed, ended up all over the floor, then been put into tap water, taken in a car across a city then put into a new tank' kind of way.
sorry this is a really long post, just had a really stressful day & now feels like I'm watching them drop off one by one
