I'm contemplating an All Pond Solutions 2000EF, which comes with a 9W UV, mainly as a second filter for the 5x2x2...
Are there any common fish bacterial or fungal ailments that will not be prevented by a function UV of this size?
Could I in theory move this 2000EF from tank to tank, say every 7 days on rotation, to keep all tanks free of harmful bacteria (although there is the chance of cross-contaminating anything not preventable by UV)?
Does UV have any effect on Ich or Velvet, in its free-swimming phase?
