Hi.Didnt have any response to my previous post about the overflow pipe but would like to ask what is the safest sealant to use in a pond.
Obviously im going to have to use some sort of a flange and nut to tighten the pipe, and will have to use a sealant to prevent water seaping out behind the flange,so whats the safest sealant to use please?

I recomend either Gold label pond sealer or Wet water sticky stuff

both of which are butyle based and will cure/dry underwater and both are totally safe

(note the links are just the first that google throws up, shop around on price)

some garden centres will sell special pond sealent

before we knew much about fish we used exhaust sealant on one small pond -_- but it worked and the fish didnt mind it
