Use Maxi-jet 400 Or 600

I just got a free maxi-jet 600 I think is the model, pumps 160gph and was wondering if I should use this or my maxi-jet 400 with 106gph in my 5.5. I also have a aquaclear 20 but that doesn't move the water too much. Just wondering if the 160gph would be too much for a 5.5gallon tank?

Depends. If you have the spraybar attachment, I'd say go ahead and use it with that. If not, what livestock are you planning on keeping?

I dont have the spraybar though I could get it probably. Livestock i don't know yet, various reef safe inverts and my sister wants a clown but I think that's too big and will have to settle with a clown goby.
