Urgent! Somebody, Anybody!

I don't mean to bother with this but i cannot get a reply back anywhere and I'm getting worried..

My cichlid is trying to spit something out but can't....what should i do..I'm treating for internal parasites with a anti-parasite food..but she won't eat..Please help!!!Much thanks!!!!

put her in her own tank last night..tried to look in her mouth but could see nothing..still won't eat probably doomed since I don't have a lfs close by
