I have this tank, https://www.pikabu.com.au/products/blue-planet-serene-life-kingdom-100l-aquarium. I bought it second hand, there are two fluorescent tubes one of them wasn't working when I bought the tank. I've had it for about 3 months been using the one light that does work for 1 month until it blew 20 minutes ago. I can't take the hood off (it only opens) and I don't have a spare tube nor do I think I'll be able to change it as its quite old something has leaked into both of the fixtures.
I'll provide a picture.
What do I do in the mean time?
How long will my plants be ok without a light?
I tried putting a lamp on top to get some light in there but its not doing much of a difference unfortunately...

Thanks in advance!

The plants will be fine for a couple of days without light. However, if you have a desk lamp or something above the tank, that will help them last longer. You can have the light on for up to 16 hours a day. Have the curtains open and maybe turn the room light on too, just to help make it a little brighter.

Pop down to a pet shop or somewhere tomorrow or the next few days, and get a new LED light unit with a 6500K rating. You can look online for new lights and go shopping when you find one you like.
