First of all, i dont even want to breed my angels, but since it happened, i decided to sav the fishes

The angels laid the eggs on 3 leaves, a really small leaves, around 1 inch long, i took the leaf apart, its part of a plastic plant, and i left it in a breeding trap, without the trap, so its just a floating box with holes on the bottom.

There isnt even a bubble wall in the tank, but i think the hang-on-the-back filter created some current, and flowed through the bottom of the box.

Day 0: Eggs were laid
Day 1: I saw some white eggs
Day 2: I saw more white eggs and what seems to be eyes on the eggs
Day 3: More white eggs and some seem to be wriggling
Day 4: All were wriggling

By today (day 4), the male angel is tryin to eat the fry, from the holes on the bottom of the box. Soi brought a divider, and now a part of the tank is just for the fry. Some of the fry fell through the holes on the boxbut they are safe.

I also brought Hikari First bites, and will feed them when some are swimming.

now i have some questions, is it safe to change the water?

Can i take out the plannt? sooner or later, all the leaves are gonna be gone if i keep on pickin the leaves off, if i buy...say a peice of slate, will they breed on it?

I left the white eggs with the wrigglers since it's almost impossible to get rib of them, will they effect the wriggers?

Thanks

It's ok to change the water as long as you don't create any excess current. If you put in slate they may spawn on it, or they may spawn on the plant. I've had angels spawn on the filter intake when there was slate, pvc pipe, and silk plants. The white eggs will get fungus, and may affect the wigglers. You can remove them with an eyedropper.
