Update On Platy

treatment ich solution, some aquarium salt, no filter, melafix Fed in the AM small pinch for 2 fish
other fish shows NO sign of illness, never did.Poor little guy just lays there. He swims up for food once in a while.

can anyone help? Woke up this morning and seriously thought he died on me. Is the white Ich? Or is it something else, I don't want to make it worse by giving him the wrong meds.

Did a gravel filter of about 25% of the water. during the change, I saw little white feathery things floating in the water. What is this? Could this be causing my fish issues? I was also thinking that the platy may not have ich, maybe gill flukes? Can someone please help me, I haven't been getting any answers

The white spots do look like ich to me and the red gills could well be related to that. I'm no expert though, sorry.

Mmmmmmmm, I don't want to cause you alarm or anything like that but it doesn't really look like ick alone. Actually I don't know if I think it is ick or not...is your aquarium well circulated? Just wondering. How much surface movement does your aquarium have? He looks starved of oxygen if anything to me, but, if this was the case then most of the other fish would also be showing the same characteristics. Do the other fish have red gills? Are they sluggish compared to usual? Are they gasping at their usual rate? pics, maybe?
