Unwell albino cory

Hi there, about a week ago i noticed one of my albino corys top fin looked a bit swollen. Its the same/normal color as it should be and has not unusual texture/fuzzy growths etc- it simply looks more enlarged than what it should be and the enlargment only affects the first part of the fin; its kinda hard to explain as i can't get any pics.
I treated the tank with some finrot med just in case is was finrot although i have seen it before and it realy doesn't look like the same thingand the med doesn't seem to have affected it, im kinda all out of ideas now. This morning i noticed some of the infection had spread to the corys bottom fins; i don't think its a water quality thing as i've been keeping stats very good recently(ammonia=0, nitrate=11, nitrite=0), any ideas would be much appreciated

If you can issolate the fish i would use an anti internal bacteria med by interpet and also some melafix, to treat the infection inside and out, good luck.
