hi everyone i plane on putting a few guppy with my 4 sliver dollor, 2 common pleco, 2 gold Gourami, 2 blue Gourami, 8 tiger barb, and 1 small clown loach. will this work the tank is a 120 gallon long.

How did you get that 120g set up, and cycled with fish in there in one day?

I would not keep two common pleco's together, as they can become very agressive towards each other as they mature (i know this from experience with them)- this is not always the case, but on the other hand it really isn't a risk you want to take either.
Tiger barbs are agressive, active and nippy fish and can stress out gouramis, and nip their long feelers in particular- i would go to the gourami section of the forum to check out your gourami combination as many gourami's can become very intolerant of each other or other species.
Silver Dollars are schooling fish and need to be kept in groups of 5 or more, so i would add at least another to your 4; Clown loaches are also sociable fish and do best in groups of 3+, so i would add at a minimum 2 more.
