I moved my molly fry to a new tank last night, they all looked great in the new tank, an older fry and a new one. I searched the breeder for any more, it looked completely empty, searched it more. No more babies left. All of them are in the new tank. I take the breeder wash it, dont feel like taking it apart now, leave it on the counter, go to sleep. When I wake up i finish washing it, i take it apart, and nudged between pretty tight spots on the breeder are two molly fry. I felt so bad, like i understand when they die of natural causes, thats supposed to happen, but these guys couldve had a shot at life, and I was too lazy, and it was at their cost. I know they're just fish but come on. :byebye:

I think the most you can do is consider this a learning experience, and be much more careful next time.

They're so tiny and easy to miss. You did check twice so don't be too hard on yourself.
:/

Maybe they'd already gotten stuck and died and that's how come you didn't see them? :dunno:
