umm javaplants...

ok on monday i ordered a load of plants from javaplants.com but recieved no e-mail confimation, no delivery details, and they still arent here
Is this how they work or have i bodged up somewhere? i'll be pissed if they've charged me and they dont turn up next week, as it was a big order.

any other online UK plant specialists that are any good?

Your Plants won't arrive untill next week. Friday at the latest.

From Java....

Once our orders are placed by you we fax them direct to our agents in Singapore on a Friday. Expert packing is done on a Sunday and flown out the same day Singapore to Manchester Direct.

Singapore/Malaysian Airlines flight arrives at Manchester early Monday morning. Customs clearance is done and the plants brought out of the airline without delay.

Plants are brought back to our depot 3 miles from the airport and are carefully unpacked and inspected.

By Wednesday midday all of our customers consignments have been sent out by 1st class Royal Mail. Ensuring 100% freshness and quality that no other company can match. The process then starts all over again for the following week

I've never tried Java... but I do highly reccomend Greenline Aquatics
