Uk Suppliers?

The problem I have with Keith and Kev's sites is nearly all the fish are sold or reserved as I'm looking. I guess I need to keep checking back xx

Thanks everyone, you been superb x

If you import any bettas you need a license, doing so without is against the law, and the fish will be taken if spotted in transit

Who need the licence, i'm confused, do i need one to get fish from him? Or is it he who needs one to ship out, if thats the case i'm pretty sure he must have otherwise he wouldn't take the risk -_- please explain i'm a little worried now

it would be the person who imports the fish that need the licence, not the person who buys the fish from them

Sorry but do you mean the person who Exports the fish (the Seller) needs the licence and not the person who receives the fish this side, I always thought that it was whoever orders and received the fish (the Importer) that needed the licence ?

The Importer in this case is also the buyer ?

i didn't word mine that well. so i'll use an example.

Kev from kgbettas imports fish from thailand sometimes, therefore he would need a licence to buy these from whoever he is importing them from, but then if i wanted to buy one of these imported fish from kev, that would be fine.

Yeah it the person who receives the fish here in the UK, if you buy from someone who has one thats ok, if you buy from abroad and dont have one its not ok

I can say thay keith's fish are quality fish, I've known him personally for over 6 years, while he may not of updated his site he's often got fish for sale so PM him here is best, his user anme is keith565

If you do want to import fish your self u can get a licence from DEFRA and it's free
