Ive been there and would recommend meeting inside after buying tickets.

When you go in you go through a turnstile and through a corridor with fountains, then down a small flight of steps to a long wide hall where nobody stands around because there is sod all there

That would be a great place to meet, by the picture of the scary fish from finding nemo. You know, the one with a lightbulb dangling in front of him
