Uk .. Gut Infection Treatments ?

In the UK, what have you guys used, with success, with cichlids for stringy poo/loss of appetite/gut infection type scenarios ??

I don't want to hear of something you've heard might be good, but things you have actually used with success.

Sterazin made by waterlife, I have used it with great sucess, my pleco was very wasted, it worked on him, I had a very sick koi, it worked on that too. Everything I have treated with sterazin has pulled through

Forgot to add, try some brine shrimp & garlic, frozen if you can get it

Thanks Star. Might will get some Sterazin if I don't get any quick improvement with the flubendazole treatment.
