My little betta boy from jaded, tyson, is kinof sick right now. He keeps laying slanted on his side when he goes to the bottum. I put him in a 3 gallon bucket for more swimming room. and then i put my heat lamp over it with a piece of styrofoam over half the bucket and under the styrofoam there is a styrofoam cup for less light for him
The only meds i have are Ampiccilian fish eat and maracyn. When i go to Petco today, i think ill pick up some betta max
What else can i do for him

He did that when I first got him too... I think he just takes awhile to settle in to new environments

Ok, so just leave him alone. Should i turn on the heater. Its a 10 gal. heater but, can i put it on very low. I had a heatmat underneath it but, my mom made me put it with the lizard stuff so we could sell it. Also, jaded, how long did it take him to settle in, cause hes worrying me to peices

Btw- dash is really happy along with gus gus
Gus gus is getting a bigger tank today

It took him a good week to settle in. It helps if he has another male that he can see. Tyson and Dash both really enjoy Indian almond leaves in their water. I have a pinned topic on my forum that teaches you how to make homemade bettas spa, they both love the stuff and its not hard at all.

Oh, also, is dash supposed to have white lips, or is it a fungus and if so, should i put bettafix in their
