Hello.
I am going to replace my jewel lights for some arcadia lights, reason being my juwel lights are on the way out.
I only just realised that the juwel lights are the same. I have 1x warm white, and 1x daylight. I wondered why there are two different types?
The arcadia ones i were going to buy are just general use for tropical tanks. There were two types thought if i remember correctly Original tropical lamp, and freshwater lamp.
Here is the link for them:

Shall i get two of one type, or one of each. If i get should get two of one, which would you recomend?
Thank you.

Well long story short:
Most Plants dont care which of the 2 bulb you put in there.. if you have forground plants then they will prefer the Freshwater as it has deeper penetration.

A Combination of Arcadia FW and Original Tropical is one of the best combinations for T8 bulbs.

You could also have a Triplus instead of Original tropical and it does offer a bit more light.

You will notice a major difference when you change the bulbs from a warm white and a daylight.. they are not the best in colour rendering and are not too great for plants either ;)
