Two Spots

Okay as some of you know my tank just got over some ich. There has been a white spot on my severum's tail fin and pectoral fin. It's been there the entire time I had ICH. Now almost a week later those two spots are still there. So I'm assumming it's not ich because I used carbon to remove the meds. His colors are great and so are my firemouths who for some reason never got ICH. Any ideas anyone? I'll try and get a picture.

Do you think it could just be discolored or something else perhaps?

Need to treat with an anti internal bacteria med for the white spots on the tail and fin.
