Two Questions

First Question:

In my 10 gallon tank, there is reddish "stuff" on my decorations. What is it? It's in the crevacies I can't get to. Should I try and clean it anyways?

Second Question:

I FINALLY found some ammonia... however, there are no ingredients listed on it, but if you shake it, it doesn't bubble at all. Is that ok?

The ammonia sounds fine. As for what the other stuff is, I'm lost.

This is probably useless information, but as you already have an established (I hope it is anway ) 10g you don't need to use Ammonia. Just put some substrate and filter media from that into your new tank and add a small amount of fish at the same time.
