They may have died anyway and then been eaten by the loaches or anyone else. It doesn't take long, and it also doesn't take long for small bodies to decay. When my cory died all I found was the top fin.
This is probably a good time to check your tank stats, just in case they died from some idenitifable problem; also because decaying bodies may lead to an ammonia spike. What size is your tank, how many inhabitants, ammonia and nitrite readings?
