I have 2 male platy's in a tank, with 3 females, one of whom is heavily pregnant, they have both been following her about and today they are seriously fighting, I think its maybe cause she is pregnant, that they are fighting?...Anything I can do, as for one she seems to be getting fed up with being constantly followed and two, I feel they are going to kill one another as it is not just a peck here and there, they seem to be getting nastier....I do have a tank I could move them to, well have 2 other tanks, but currently treating one for ick so probably better I do not put one in there, helpppp...is there any suggestions?

all male livebearers do is chase each other around. They don't normally do any serious damage but they do annoy the females. Personally I prefer to keep the females in a tank of their own and only introduce a male every now and then. Once he has knocked up the little ladies I move him out.
You can add some floating plants to give her somewhere to hide but the males will keep bugging her regardless.

Ok colin, thanks again for your advice, I may decide to move the male platy's, I did this with my molly's split them into male and female, so the platy males may end up in the tank with the female molly's!!

the male platies might pester the female mollies. You would be better off keeping the females platies and mollies together in one tank and the males in another tank
