1. will my endlers breed with my guppies?
2. Do all female guppies have gravid spots even if they are not pregnant?

1. will my endlers breed with my guppies?-Yes, but it is better to have male endlers and female guppies, not the other way around as a female endler may not be able to give birth properly to the bigger guppy type hybrids that will be created between the two
2. Do all female guppies have gravid spots even if they are not pregnant?-Yes, even when only weeks old but it is not the gravid spot that defines whether a guppy is pregnant.

1. thanks i thought that they wouldn't so i got two female guppies for my male, should i get six more then for the endlers?
2. okay thanks its just my female guppies both have very dark gravid spots

The endlers will try it on on the female guppies. They are just not as persistent as a male guppy so they won't stress your females as much.
If you don't mind endler/guppy babies then there is no point getting endler females. The endler females are not as colourful as the female guppies. After a few generations they will all look like endlers regardless they had a guppy mom.
The gravid spot colour depends on the colour of the female itself. Sometimes it is more visible, sometimes less.
If yours were exposed to a male at some stage then they are pregnant regardless whether you see a gravid spot or not. When the belly develops due to the pregnancy, the gravid spot becomes bigger too.
